If they had any integrity they would not have been nominated. Trump doesn’t want any of his people to have integrity.


Remember the first term? The people he got rid of the fastest were the few cabinet members who had enough integrity to 1. criticize Trump's plans 2. threaten to resign 3. just by their presence they made Trump uncomfortable precisely because they knew history, were highly intelligent, or cautioned against some action Trump wanted to take.

I also think that is why he shuns our allies. He only wants strongmen on the same level as himself--not reputable world leaders like we see in the UK, France, Germany, Japan, Canada, etc... He doesn't want to risk the scrutiny of people with high standards and moral compasses. It's just too embarrassing. And the strongmen all look out for each other and don't criticize each other.
