Reports are that Musk came into the US originally on a student visa, but never took any classes and eventually got some kind of work visa and then later his citizenship.

If he fraudulently came here in the first place then his citizenship could be revoked and he could be deported back to South Africa.

Of course good luck of prosecuting someone with a few hundred billion to spend on lawyers.

Darn them illegals....
