There is nothing his own parter can or will do to stop him. If he wants to shift the tax burden 100% to blue states, who is going to stop him? He could say, no person in a red state has to pay federal income tax anymore, and everyone in the blue states will be taxed at 95%, and no one could stop him.

His party wants him to be a dictator, the SCOTUS told him he is a dictator, he can do here whatever Putin can do in Russia.
