would be the civilian pay line, as anyone who takes it would be put on paid admin leave. It’s the same money they would be paid if they were working, but they would be at home.

I’m not eligible as I’m in the DoD, and I don’t trust Trump in any way, shape, or form, but by using admin leave as mechanism to pay, no new appropriations would be required.
