He also fired the general counsels of the NLRB and EEOC. Those latter firings probably will be upheld if challenged -- President Biden fired the general counsel of the NLRB on his first day in office in 2021. However, the firing of a NLRB and EEOC members will be challenged and hopefully reversed.
