He spews a couple of jargonistic talking points that have a tiny bit of truth embedded, but he does not understand the difference in the programs, the groups covered, the way they are implemented. He is trying to BS his way through specific questions by R Senator Cassidy (who is a physician) and unfortunately, the latter is not calling him on it. But, the longer it goes on, RFK JR looks like a total damned fool and the poseur he is.

Wydon and Bennett were excellent at calling out RFK JR's BS and holding his feet to the fire.
