24. Trump said Buffet endorsed tariffs. I guess he heard the quote in the plan.

Trump's tariff taxes are to enforce his pay to play. He's forcing companies to crawl to him and grovel. Then he will remove the tariff from them, and the people not following what is going on will think that he improved the economy.
