8. Lots of options besides secession

An attempt to secede would be met with violence.

Don’t buy into the myth that Trump is omnipotent, or that the states and the people are powerless. Secession is a simplistic, unrealistic, unworkable solution.

If EVERYTHING is on the table, why not a revolution to overthrow the government instead of secession? (Another bad idea, but just thought I’d follow your logic)

If things continue to deteriorate, the suffering will become so widespread it will unite the red and blue states against the Trump administration.
