3. Doing OT for my hand/wrist

2x a week in person, 4 sets of daily exercises at home. (Ouchy, but working)
I'm able to walk with an immobilizer on my leg, without an assistive device. I see the knee doctor Friday, we'll see how it's going. I had surgery on my wrist but not my knee.
