50. No, pretending this was "editorial judgment" is the sham.

We are not "demanding explanations and justifications for their editorial judgement." There is no "intimidation and punishment" by Congress against CBS. Rather we are trying to determine if Trump is intimidating and punishing networks for running stories critical of him.

Investigating free speech violations by Trump is not itself a free speech violation. If we can't investigate free speech violations, then we will not have free speech. The 1st Amendment does not enforce itself.
