13. My neighbors in the PA mountains

They usually start drinking mid-afternoon then have dinner around 5:30-6:00. After dinner, they go in the backyard and start fondling their guns. There are usually 3 or 4 apiece from handguns to semi-automatic rifles. (These guys can’t understand why I don’t join in.) Then they start firing up the hill into the forrest.. All the while they keep drinking.

Guns and alcohol are not a good combination.

Thankfully, there are no homes up the mountain (extremely rural area)’ so there aren’t any people. But we always leave before their “gunplay” begins.
