I've lived in quite a few places over the years, but not one of them allowed this sort of idiotic mishandling of a firearm. "Adams' property lacked a suitable backstop for shooting"? I mean, what the fuck? I hope this moron spends the rest of his life in prison---and that his rights to Red Bull usage are severely curtailed.
