I have to be honest, I've been sitting on this thought since I watched this video about the Whole Milk legislation.

And it's whole with a W for those of you that have a problem.

#1a. He says it softly like he's not all there, he's lost or about ready to fall asleep.
#1b. If one watches the entire video, he's reading off a list of purposes and people. He has no idea what the fuck is going on.

#2. Someone must of have told him it's "whole" and not "hole". Like he just learned something new and never knew this until now.


How does someone who's clearly not functional giving ICE instructions?

I don't believe that this stupid motherfucker is actually running the country or acting as the "President".

I believe that other people (mainly Theil, Musk and an entire rash of administrative dumb-fucks are instructing him on what to do and when to do it.


Like I said, I've been sitting on this thought since I've watched this video. I don't think he's making any decisions whatsoever. I don't believe he's in control of his title.
