in some foolish leap of faith, that Trump would help them with his over-promises and bullshit accusations against Democrats. I'm not saying they were smart. they were tricked. It is an old story that has been repeated many time inn American political history, though never with the same disastrous consequences. Democrat swho refuse to acknowledge this are missing a huge opportunity to triumph in the elections ahead.
