103. I add chives to my potatoes as well depending what I am serving them with...

and, yes, cream cheese and sour cream also work very well in the potatoes for sure. The nice thing about this recipe is it is very easy to add different ingredients to the base without it causing any problems. I also serve a medley of steamed veggies with it; carrots, cauliflower flowerets and broccoli. You can also make a cheese sauce to pour over the veggies but, fair warning, it does make the whole meal very rich so I tend to mix them with butter and pepper instead.
