He has dementia and doesn't know what he is saying or doing, scrambled brain function and all that.
Sheltered care, rendered ineffective, a red phone that is not connected to anything.
Crayons, sharpies, coloring in books.

The evil comes from those who support him, the ones that led him to the White House, the ones who still believe in him.
