18. Guns are a losing issue

Americans like guns. I own guns. I believe in sensible gun laws. We are promoting some fairly extreme gun laws. Colorado passed a law that will make my Browning Auto Five illegal. That’s bad. Really bad. It’s going to hurt the Dems in the next election. It’s a losing battle.

Unisex bathrooms = losing battle. Leave it alone. It’s a minor issue. Worry about it after we get some economic reforms.

We know it’s a snake and we always pick it up.
