Notwithstanding his repeated commission of all seven deadly sins (pride, anger, malice, sloth, lust, envy and greed), he doesn't think he ever does anything wrong. He doesn't meet the conditions Graham describes, therefore he's going to Hell. But because he'll never admit to his sins he will be satisfied that he's going to Heaven. Won't he be surprised...
