The Iraq war gave rise to ISIS after the Kristol, Cheney, and PNAC’s war broke up the Iraqi Army
and that got us ISIS which ran over Syria causing Alan Kurdi’s family to try to flee the fighting
and their small boat flipped and this young man drowned.
