court records show they were fined in 2018 for failing to insure all machinery and equipment were inspected and maintained at their Garden Grove facility after a 2018 inspection.

It is unnerving to have officials tell you that the tank is going to fail.

either crack and all the chemicals leak out, possibly into the river channel and into the ocean or

blow up.

Right now those are the only 2 options per officials.

Major streets are closed in the area causing lots of traffic.

Major screw up here.
