and wants out...he'll capitulate to Iran, pay them billions of dollars to open the Strait of Hormuz, declare a win, and move on to possibly attacking Cuba or Greenland.. and then he and Toady Blanche will brainstorm on how to build an ten foot arch (an arch no one wants) with tax payer dollars...
