25. Why have two Democrats bashing each other to hell?

When, in a Democratic state, we can have one Democrat bashing a Republican, and all the corruption, fascism and moral turpitude his party has earned?

It would be a big win for D versus R, and a launchpad for midterm gains in the house.

It's called beat your enemy, not your team members. That's what primaries are for, NOT general elections.

Kamala Harris beat up Joe Biden in the primary, but earned his respect. If it had been (impossible situation) Harris versus Biden for the presidency, the ill will would have crippled the winner, with a divided party going into office.

I don't want a divided Democratic party going into the governorship.

A united California Democratic party is crucial for the leadership we have taken and will take in fighting fascism. Gavin Newsom has proven that, with his resistance to the Nazi party and in cooperation with other governors and attorneys general.
