They probably could've gotten those margins at the height of Al Franken's scandal.
Strictly though his boss were the voters and he had been reelected. There hadn't even been an ethics investigation.

What fiasco? He resigned, Dayton named Smith to take his place, and she went on to be a hell of a senator.
