Isn't that why The Great Golden Ballroom must be built? And what a coinkydink that the Waldorf Astoria was chosen - the old Post Office building that the Trump Org. purchased and converted into a hotel. "A December 2016 review in Vanity Fair described the hotel as grand on the outside, a complete disaster and "a frightful dump" on the inside. In December 2016, Luxury Travel Intelligence reviewed the Trump Hotel and found major shortcomings in its service and operations. It called the decor "garish", said that it was not suited to the discerning business traveler, and ranked it as the third worst hotel in the world." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Post_Office_(Washington,_D.C.) It was the subject of several Emoluments Clause lawsuits which, of course, went nowhere. Trump sold the building to the CGI Merchant Group, in 2022, making $79 million on the deal, and the hotel reopened under the Waldorf Astoria name. Maybe it's improved since now it is under new ownership.
