7. What good is a postal service that won't deliver the mail?

I was surprised recently when my package from Walmart, which always arrives by USPS, was delivered 3 hours after order entry by Walmart local delivery. So a $12 delivery was routed to their own local couriers. The handwriting is on the wall. People and businesses will find alternatives.
