mail etc. I'm trying to figure out how are they intercepting our private emails (I'm assuming so) to grab change of address notices, etc. Perhaps there is some sort of 'new neighbors' websites or the like that trigger this sort of crap.

Hopefully, you're doing okay now.

When we moved here about 10+ years ago, we didn't have near the crap you are all putting up w/. Wow.
