23. I'm not convinced

Saturday

The replays I saw were from the camera behind the Norway goal. I’d need to see it from several angles. But, also, in any open air stadium, the prevailing breeze can absolutely modify the trajectory of a high kicked ball. I suspect the wonky roof in Miami exacerbated it.
