Sheldon Whitehouse or Adam Schiff.

Mark Kelly could do it, but he wouldn’t if he has his eyes on a larger goal. He wouldn’t try for Majority leader unless he had definitely ruled out a run for the presidency. That is still a definite possibility, as he said he has made no decision to run as of this moment.
