I agree. The crime is bad especially in more populated areas. A lot of poverty both in the city and the rural areas and watch out for those KKK businesses.

But.......I live on a farm surrounded by beauty. The monarch butterfly visits every year. On rainy days the lichens perk up like little gardens.

But Tennessee is always trying to destroy their natural beauty by placing uranium and fertilizer plants right in the middle of the prettiest areas. And watch out for the coming destruction of those water gobbling data centers they are putting up everywhere.

Knoxville has two prominent downtown public statues honoring the 19th Amendment and women's right to vote. Tennessee was liberal in their recent past. It's the out of control gerrymandering that prevents Tennessee from going back to their roots.
