I'm a bit confused.

Now granted I’m an 80 year old woman who never served in our armed forces, but I keep having this confusion. As far as I’ve been able to tell from reading and listening the war in Ukraine has pretty much demonstrated the use of technology, ie drones being superior to throwing men with weapons at each other. If that’s true how come our secretary of defense/war is so focused on creating the master soldier race with oodles of testosterone. Aren’t we a few years behind?
