much closer than anyone expected given that the "no' forces outspent "yes" by 40 or 50 times. An interesting fact is that despite all that money, only 8 individuals contributed to the "no" effort. I personally think SB21 is very bad for Alaska. I worked hard to repeal it, and I think Moody's is wrong, probably in Big Oil's pockets as much as Seanoco Parnell is.
