Time for somebody to reel him back in.
If his handlers can 't do it, I hope you're not expecting congress to grow the where-with-all to do it.
He's an irrational 4 year old who needs to be told "NO", cry it out, blame everyone in sight, and be told
"NO! NO GADDAM WAY IS THAT GOING TO HAPPEN!" and pop his fragile little balloon that tells him he's always right.
