attuned to the zeitgeist than that.

I can't see many Democrats embracing "bipartisanship" after the descent of the Republican party into MAGA craziness. And after experiencing 1+ terms of Trump. Bipartisanship died an ignominious death years ago.

I certainly don't have the stomach for Obama 2.0. I'm not excited about seeing Democrats reaching across the aisle only to pull back a bloody stump.
