28. My opinion has waxed and waned over the years.

I have definitely been on the abused side of it. And I’ve also been on the good side where the guy overlooked a few things that could have landed me in some hassle. Now that I’m older and less of a rebel my opinion has tempered. I have several acquaintances that are either active or retired law enforcement. They are far from zealots looking to prove a point. Actually, for the most part, they are just counting down their days to retirement and want the easiest possible glide path. One in particular is a pretty great guy. Hell, he is one of the few left that will still give you a ride home if he has to bust you for a dwi.

With that being said, I go out of my way to avoid contact with any law enforcement.

Anyway, as it applies to this guy. I thought you said his wife’s protection order was fake. I don’t know who to believe. From my light reading it seems like he should have been deported years ago, just not to El Salvador, is that right?
