Second of all: what in hell difference would it make if it weren't?

Trump violated the US Constitution, broke the law, and put in jeopardy the rights of everyone living in America when he hustled these men to a foreign prison without a hearing. And he speaks of removing the "homegrown" next. And if you think by "homegrown" he means only criminals, rapists, murderers, street thugs* you are wrong. The "homegrown" he speaks of are you and me

The FOURTH AMMENDMENT didn't include an exception for hand tattoos -- or membership in gangs, as a matter of fact. But by violating it so repulsively openly, Trump's message to all of us is we better watch what we say, do, read, write, and sing -- and remember everyone is guilty until and unless they can prove loyalty to Trump.
