and get everything filed within 24 hours. The attorney in most cases won't even be able to get in to see the client by then. So idiot Cisneros thinks an attorney can file a habeas petition for a client he doesn't even legally represent yet. Actually while I believe Cisneros is an idiot I also believe he knows better and the short time frames are meant to preclude habeas filings as much as possible.
