Well, maybe wealthy Palestinians, but certainly not for the poor.

This is the planned playground for the world's wealthy. They're so bored with Dubai, Gstaad, Vale, Monaco, Palm Beach etc. They always need new and exciting places that have different peasants they can look down on.
