Reactors #1 and #2 still have molten fuel debris in them and have not been cleaned up. They still require constant cooling. They are still a safety hazard. WTF is TEPCO thinking. This whole plant should have been permanently shut down. They need to build NEW reactors and move them to a higher elevation.

This is very negligent!!! How greedy is TEPCO?
