I am referencing the gestapo ICE crew under 45's 2nd term, that became a well-publicized / "poster child" story.

I know here in Philly, the Sheriff Rochelle Bilal, excoriated them (and any other LEO) during a recent presser, about that practice and how LEO are trained NOT to do that for obvious reasons.
