Europe, China, Japan, Korea, etc. are investing heavily in Offshore Wind, including Floating Offshore Wind Farms that can be located farther offshore. They are also pursuing Hydrogen generation from Offshore Wind, which provides an alternate fuel for energy storage and solves the issue of "intermittent" renewable energy.

As the US falls further and further behind, in so many ways.
