1. Most people don't have a clue how elections work.

You just don't walk in grab a ballot and vote. There can't be a bussload of people who show up and vote.
People can't bring in boxes of ballots from who knows where and have them counted.
All names are checked. If there are 1000 people regestered in your precinct and 3000 vote there would automatically be questions.
