if all (D)s vote for the Senate bill, all they need is a handful of (R)s to crossover and it's done (unless 45 vetoes it).

Mikie knows that and he will do all he can to keep that from coming to the floor for a vote to obstruct - but then it will all be on HIM because the Senate vote was UNANIMOUS.
