Similarly, Robert Garcia is the Ranking Member of the House Oversight Committee and he similarly comes out like this when the subject deals with stuff that comes under oversight purview!

And the same goes for the prolific Elizabeth Warren, who is the Ranking Member on the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee and is not shy about making her thoughts known on those subjects!
