2. I get the feeling he's timing any deal or victory for political reasons

USA 250th Anniversary, or the October election stretch run. Until then expect TACO runs, false hopes, ups and downs.

His bigger problem is gas prices and the Fed, and who knows what they will do. My guess is they will drop rates in the short run to accommodate the stalling economy and personal finances, and promise to raise them again late year or early next. All the right wing goals satisfied.

One other Dark Horse issue: Crypto. It has peaked short term again. My most followed technician says 50k on crypto. Respected analysts are not rare that say it's totally crashing, going to zero. ZERO.

IN all of this, volatility is the point and objective. A lot of insiders politically, financially, and Wall Street, are making a lot of money on the upsie-downsy machinations.
