I didn't know about the logistics of it all, thanks for the info.
OTOH I have read about stockpiles in Israel as well as at U.S. bases throughout the region. So who knows?
Even if there are enough supplies in the region, there is the question of the depleted supplies overall. That's a serious risk to the U.S. in case of a major conflict while they are being replenished. That's a long-term risk, something Trump may not care about.
Trump has painted himself into a corner for sure. He is facing pressure from Netanyahu, his major donors like Miriam Adelson and the neocons and war pigs in his own party to continue the war. He is stupid and heartless enough to cave in.
Today he is "mandatorily requesting" that all (?) Arab/Muslim countries in the region but maybe also Pakistan - not sure- sign onto the Abraham Accords as part of the Iran "Deal". By doing so, he has effectively killed any chance of a deal.
So I fear the worst is coming and still hope I am wrong.
On edit: he has already caved to Israel on continuing the ethnic cleansing of Lebanon, knowing that its cessation was one of Iran's conditions.
