They’re not ‘bad guys’ until found guilty in a court of law, consistent with the right to due process.

The problem is that far too many Americans don’t believe that non-citizens are entitled to due process – undocumented immigrants in particular.

And unfortunately, there won’t be much opposition to Trump lawlessly removing immigrants absent due process.
