... but they never STAY there. Diseases in humans and animals jump borders with alarming speed. Our only hope - and our best chance - is to fight the pandemics with medicines and preventive treatments BEFORE they arrive at our borders. Cancelling the medical aid programs is so misguided and just plain stupid.
