I am so sick of hearing about how terrible life is for West Virginia coal country. Coal employs fewer people than Wendy's. How about we hear about how difficult life is for retail workers, where we lost 800,000 jobs in about 5 years? Hillary had hundreds of companies lined up and pledging to move offices and plants into coal country, including a lot of companies in clean energy. Coal country could have been the new clean energy region, and it would have transformed those areas.
