I don't believe Vance has any "spiritual concerns." One of Vance's main backers is Peter Thiel. He worked for Peter Thiel and Thiel has contributed millions to Vance's campaigns.

Do a deep dive into Thiel's background and ask yourself: What might Thiel want from his support for Vance? IMHO, it's one convoluted relationship.
