Why are the attorneys that filed so many frivolous lawsuits not disbarred yet? [View all]

Both political and civil suits by TFP and his friends are mostly frivolous and designed to be a nuisance.
Why are the attorneys that file them not given some kind of three strikes warning and sanction for filing them?
What happened to Bar Association ethics compliance complaints?
How do we put pressure on the attorneys enabling what we think is unlawful behavior on TFP and Muskrat’s part?
